Staff were super friendly. Love the personal touch of my name on the TV when we walked in. Soap and lotion products have a nice, neutral scent. Pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. Easy walking distance to a ton of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Parking available.

The location is central to everything make getting to any bars and restaurants easy. Everything about the hotel was clean and the day staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good. Just would have preferred waffles that weren’t like dessert. I stay at Home2Suites and the waffles are multigrain or more like traditional waffles. Everything else was good. The coffee was very good. I liked the choice of roast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and odor free. The temperature was easy to control. It is in an area with a lot of nightlife but I wasn’t disturbed by the noise. We were on an upper floor on the side with fewer establishments so maybe that made a difference too.

The staff was absolutely amazing! We went on a family trip to Raleigh for a night. It was Grandma, 2 daughters and 4 grandkids. The kids loved the hotel! They had a cocoa bar out. While we were warming up with some cocoa a staff member brought the kids over some craft activities! The pool was perfect size for the kids to play. The hotel was very clean!

Location was good my purposes. I do like that it was walking distance to some restaurants/bars. I was told it can get very loud, because it seems to be in a partying part of town. So they gave us 2 pairs of ear plus. Didn't need them while we were there, but very thoughtful when it's not anything they can ultimately control.

The location is brilliant, right by the bars and restaurants, but was told to be aware of noise. I had a room that literally looked out onto the Raleigh Beer Garden and it was fine, no need for ear plugs or anything.

All the staff were super friendly. Overall clean hotel and location was why we picked it. Great breakfast and again super staff. It is a noisy hotel at night (the downtown nightlife) I knew this before going, but if you need quiet for sleeping-hahaha your not going to get it.

Jaime at the front desk was fantastic. She gave us early check-in, after a red-eye, and gave us a room on the quiet side of the hotel. It was downtown and on a holiday weekend with lots of activity on the street. Jaime was very helpful with information of local activities for visitors. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great for walking to restaurants, bars and businesses. Parking was very convenient.

Jamel and the front desk staff were so friendly and professional and helpful. The room was spacious enough. The gym equipment was new and clean. The breakfast had good options.

I loved how beautiful everything was. The room was nice, amenities were nice, the WIFI was also great too!! The breakfast was super good and the location to everything downtown Raleigh was everything!!🙌🏾
